These Terms govern your use of the Detail Emporium website and the services we provide. By using this site or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide automotive detailing, ceramic and graphene coating, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, interior detailing and related services from our studio in Gurugram, Haryana. Service descriptions on this site are for general information; the exact scope for your vehicle is confirmed before work begins.

Enquiries, quotes and bookings

• Enquiries made through the contact form, WhatsApp or phone are requests for service, not a confirmed booking.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. A final quote depends on your vehicle’s size, paint condition and the option you choose, and is confirmed after inspection.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope, price and date with you.

Pricing

Prices may change, and the price for your vehicle may differ from published figures once we have inspected it. Any change to the agreed scope that affects the price will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Warranties

Coating and paint-protection services carry the warranty stated for that service at the time of booking, subject to its conditions — including following the recommended maintenance and using appropriate, non-abrasive washing. Warranties cover the coating or film as described; they do not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by third parties or events outside our control. Warranty terms are provided in writing with your service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its history.
• Remove personal belongings and valuables before handing over the car.
• Tell us about any prior coating, film, repaint or existing damage so we can assess the work correctly.

Liability

We take care with every vehicle in our studio. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or wear that we identify and note, or for loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content, design, brand name and logos on this site are owned by Detail Emporium and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the current version applies to any booking made after it is posted.
